Delivery and Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on fantastic customer service and our delivery & shipping service is no exception. With our distribution centre in Queensland Australia, we look after over 2,000 orders per month ensuring that all our customers receive their orders as fast as possible. For Australian based customers if you spend $80 or more in one order we will ship if for free via either Sendle or Australia Post. Unless otherwise agreed the selection of the service is at our discretion and will be chosen based on the best delivery time to you.

 

For international customers the free shipping is unavailable, however don’t let this stop you, we have partnered with Sendle to deliver our great products to almost anywhere in the world.  Our prices do not cover duty, import taxes and any other fees associated with importation in to your country and remain the responsibility of the buyer to organise and cover the cost of such expenses. Please check with your local government what these might be before ordering so you’re aware of the total cost of your order.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (Australia Only)

We know what it’s like when you have ordered something online, you want to start using it straight away!

That’s why we offer optional same-day-dispatch when you select express postage for your order shipping method as long as we receive your order and payment before 12pm (QLD time, excluding weekends and public holidays). If the order is made after 12pm, it will be dispatched the next business day.

We work hard to process your order as quickly as possible, however it can sometimes take a couple of days for your order to be shipped due to the high demand of orders coming through (especially during sale periods). Please allow a slightly longer delivery time for larger items which won’t fit into a postage satchel, or delivery to regional areas.
